We have a protagonist!

Nixy has finally made an appearance! She runs and jumps:

She is made of a lo-res multi-colour sprite and a hi-res overlay. they cycle through six frames of animation.

Did you notice the dust flying when she lands on the ground? That's another hi-res sprite with 5 frames of animation.
